What indeed is reiteration?—
Is it having an object commingled with another cognition, or conveying that it is apprehended by another means of cognition, or is it merely being an existent fact? Among these, on the first alternative, let an object commingled with another cognition be dependent.
However, that which, even though an existent fact, does not teach that it is apprehended by another means of cognition is not reiterative, nor is it dependent, because there is no apprehension through contact with a prior cognition.
