3.68

anapekṣavyapekṣatvanimitte varṇite budhaiḥ /
bhūtārthamapi sāpekṣaṃ nāto 'puruṣabuddhijam //

are described by the wise as causes of independence and dependence [respectively]; / therefore, even [if speaking of] an accomplished entity, that which does not arise from human intellect is not dependent. //
