4.20

na ca pravṛttiniṣṭhatvaṃ tathāsmin kena vāryate /
jñeyasya puruṣārthatvaṃ tatra cedatra tatsamam //

and [it] does not terminate in action, so in this case [of Vedānta], by what is it ruled out?
If the knowable's being a human end is [accepted] there, here it is the same. //
