naiṣa doṣaḥ/bhedāgrahaprasañjitasya śuktau rajatavyavahārasya niṣedhasvīkāreṇa kalpanālāghavasadbhāvāt/ tad uktaṃ pañcikāprakaraṇe :

this is not a fault; because there is conceptual parsimony in accepting the negation of the practical activity regarding silver in mother-of-pearl, which [activity] was occasioned by the non-apprehension of distinction. That has been stated in the Pañcikā section:
