aṣṭamādhikaraṇamācarayati --
holākādervyavasthā syātsādhāraṇyamutāgrimaḥ |
deśabhedena dṛṣṭatvātsāmyaṃ mūlasamatvataḥ ||
He sets forth the eighth topical section:
Is there a restriction of Holākā and the rest, or are they common to all? The former,
because they are observed according to different regions; but they are equal, because their root is equal.
