trayodaśādhikaraṇamāracayati-
na yūpadharmāḥ paridhau santi vā'nyārthajatvataḥ|
nāvirodhādañjanādyāḥ syurniyojanasādhane ||
He sets forth the thirteenth topical section: / Do the duties of the sacrificial post not apply to the enclosing-stick, or do they? Not [the former], because it arises for another purpose; / Due to non-conflict, anointing and the rest would apply to the means of tethering.
