(caturdaśe- śṛtādau praṇītādharmānuṣṭhānādhikaraṇe sūtre 44-45)|
parārthena tvarthasāmānyaṃ saṃskārasya tadarthatvāt ||

(In the fourteenth topical section, concerning the performance of the duties of the Praṇītā water on boiled milk and the like, aphorisms 44–45:) / But there is commonality of purpose through what is for the sake of another, because the purificatory rite is for that purpose.
