nopapadyate kleśānubandhavicchedaḥ, kasmāt? kleśasantateḥ svābhāvikatvāt/ anādir iyaṃ kleśasantatiḥ, na cānādiḥ śakya ucchetum iti//64//
The termination of the connection with afflictions is not possible. Why? Because the continuity of afflictions is natural. This continuity of afflictions is beginningless, and what is beginningless cannot be eradicated.
