tantrāntareṣu hi vindhyavāsiprabhṛtibhir ācāryair upadiṣṭāḥ

For [these] have been taught in other treatises by teachers headed by Vindhyavāsin.

For [the members of inference such as the desire to know] were taught in other treatises by Vindhyavāsin and other teachers.
