prāṇāpānagatirurddhā prāṇāpānaparāyanaḥ || 27 ||
Others offer prāṇa into apāna, and apāna into prāṇa; / with the movement of prāṇa and apāna restrained, they are devoted to prāṇa and apāna. || 27
