aha annayā kayāī, satthaṁ āraṇṇayaṁ vaṇuddēsē
kuṇaï taō ajjhayaṇaṁ, sīsasamaggō uvajjhāō

Then once upon a time, in a forest region, the preceptor / with all his pupils undertook the recitation of the Āraṇyaka treatise.
