jiṇavarapaḍikuṭṭhā puṇa, viddhaṁsaï pūyaī ya samaṇavarē
ēvaṁ parihiṇḍamāṇō, puvadisiṁ patthiō navaraṁ

Yet he destroyed those opposed to the supreme Jinas, and honoured the excellent ascetics. / Wandering about in this way, he then set out toward the eastern quarter.
