jō caümuhēṇa purva, uvaïṭṭhō vēyasatthanipphaṇṇō
jannō mahāguṇō vi hu, kāyabō tōsu vaṇṇēsu

The sacrifice which was taught of old by the Four-faced One, originating from the Vedic scriptures, / of great merit, ought to be performed among those classes.
