ēyantarammi pattō, dūō dahavayaṇasantiō tattha
aha pēcchaï hammantaṁ, vippēhi ya nārayaṁ dīṇaṁ

At that moment, a messenger belonging to the ten-faced [Rāvaṇa] arrived there, / and he saw the wretched Nārada being beaten by the Brahmins.
