pīṇunnayā ya thaṇayā, sāmalavayaṇā kaḍī ya vitthiṇṇā
gabbhabharabhārakantā, gaī ya mandaṁ samubahaï

Her breasts became plump and elevated with dark nipples, her waist expanded; / weighed down by the burden of pregnancy, she walked with a slow gait.
