aṇuvaya-mahavaēhi ya, bālatavēṇa ya havanti saṁjuttā
tē hōnti dēvalōē, dēvā pariṇāmajōgēṇaṁ

Those endowed with the minor vows and the major vows, or with the austerities of the spiritually immature, / become gods in heaven through the disposition of their mental states.
