sīyalajiṇassa titthē, sumuhō nāmēṇa āsi mahipālō
kōsambīnayarīē, tatthēva ya vīrayakuvindō

In the dispensation of the Jina Śītala, there was a king named Sumukha
in the city of Kauśāmbī, and in that same place a weaver named Vīraka.
