taṁ bhaṇaï vajjabāhū, parihāsēṇōsahaṁ nu baha pīyaṁ
suṭṭha vi udiṇṇasaṁtī, kiṁ na haraï vēyaṇaṁ aṅgē?
Vajrabāhu replied to him: "If medicine is drunk even in jest / when a fierce fever has arisen, does it not remove the pain in one's body?"
