uttaradisāe nayaraṁ, iha kōuyamaṅgalaṁ maṇabhirāmaṁ
tatthā''sī naravasabhō, guṇāhiō suhamaī nāmaṁ

In the northern direction, there was here a charming city named Kōüamaṅgala;
there lived an excellent bull of a man, rich in virtues, named Suhamaī.
