ajiyāiṇō jiṇindē vandē jammaṁmi jēsimamarindā
rāgāiṇō vi sattū pañcattaṁ pāviyā samayaṁ

I bow to the lordly Jinas beginning with Ajita, at whose birth the lords of immortals / destroyed at once even their inner enemies such as passion.
