jattha ya nivasaï lōō piyaṁvaō dhammakaraṇatallicchō
dakkhinnacāyabhōgēhiṁ saṅgaō taha kalākusalō

And where there dwell people speaking sweet words, eager to practice Dharma, / endowed with courtesy, charity, and enjoyment, and skilled in the arts;
