jattha ya purammi purisā gharabhittinihittamaṇimaūhēhiṁ
niccaṁ hayandhayārē gayampi rāiṁ na yāṇanti

and in which city, with darkness constantly dispelled by rays of gems set into house walls, / men do not notice night even when it has passed;
