jaï puṇa katthavi hōjjā ērisaruvēṇa itthiyā kannā
tīē vi saṅgamō jaï tā rajjaṁ hōjja sakayatthaṁ
Yet if there should be a maiden of such beauty anywhere, / and if there should be union with her, then my kingship would indeed have attained its purpose!"
