kāuṁ jiṇindapūyaṁ vihiṇā jiṇavandaṇaṁ karēūṇa
taha santidēvayāē mantaṁ javiūṇa uvaüttō

Having performed the worship of the lord of Jinas and rendered homage to the Jina according to rule,
and likewise having recited the mantra of the goddess Śānti, I sat in intent contemplation.
