aïsayanāṇī ya guru puṭṭhō ummāyakāraṇaṁ tāhiṁ
guruṇāvi tāṇa siṭṭhō puvvuttō sayalavuttantō

And the preceptor, endowed with supernatural knowledge, was asked by them the cause of the madness; / and the whole afore-mentioned account was told to them by the preceptor.
