gayaṇāō ōyarantā dēvā dīsanti nayarabāhimmi
summaï jayajayasaddō surakāmiṇigīyasaṁvaliō

Gods were seen descending from the sky outside the city; / the cry of "Victory! Victory!" was heard, mingled with the songs of celestial damsels.
