dhaṇapāvaṇavañchāē dukkhaṁ na gaṇinti lōhagahagahiyā
dippantakuntapaürē pavisanti ya bhīmasaṅgāmē
In their longing to gain wealth, seized by the planetary demon of greed, they count not suffering, / and enter terrible battles bristling with gleaming spears.
