jattā-samaya-samāgaya-kiviṇāṇāhāi-dīṇa-lōyassa
vara-variya-viyaraṇāō maṇōrahē pūrayantassa

fulfilling the desires of the destitute, helpless, and poor folk
who gathered at the time of the festival, by granting them the best gifts;
