tayaṇantaramucchaliō mahanta-kōlāhalō pariyaṇassa
samayaṁ ciya niva-dēvī-dēha-ṭṭhiya-visa-viyārēṇa
Immediately thereafter, a great uproar arose from the retinue, / just as the alteration caused by the poison took effect in the bodies of the king and queen.
