iya lōyassa sarūvaṁ kuviyakayantassa ērisaṁ daṭṭhuṁ
dēvimaraṇammi naravara! na hu juttaṁ sōgakaraṇanti

Seeing that such is the nature of the world and such is enraged Death,
O best of men! it is not fitting to make sorrow at the death of the queen.”
