tīē vayaṇaṁ sōuṁ dhasatti gurumōggarēṇa pahaō haṁ
mucchānimīliyacchō paḍiō bhūmiē gayacēṭhṭhō
Hearing her words, as if struck suddenly by a heavy mallet,
with eyes closed in a swoon, I fell to the ground deprived of motion.
