kō kuṇaï amha rakkhaṁ ēttha vasantāṇa nāharahiyāṇa
savvēsiṁ tēṇa uciyaṁ puramēyaṁ ujjhiuṁ sigghaṁ

Who will protect us all dwelling here bereft of a master? / Therefore it is proper to abandon this city at once.”
