tattō ya tēṇa bhaṇiyaṁ maha dhūyā tāva jōvvaṇaṁ pattā
na ya icchaï kimpi varaṁ sundari! garuī imā cintā

Then he said: 'Our daughter has now attained youth, / yet she does not desire any groom, o lovely one! This is a grave anxiety.
