dhaṇadēva! taō amhaṁ sampaï tuṭṭā ō jīviyavvāsā
aïvallahabhagiṇīē tēṇamha sōgāulā dhaṇiyaṁ

Therefore, O Dhanadeva, hope for the life of our dearly beloved sister / is now broken for us; hence we are overwhelmed by deep grief.”
