kahiṇṇaṃ bhaṃte! balissa vairoyaṇiṃdassa vairoyaṇaranno sabhā suhammā pannattā?
goyamā! jaṃbuddīve dīve maṃdarassa pavvayassa uttare ṇaṃ tiriyamasaṃkhejje jaheva camarassa jāva bāyālīsaṃ joyaṇasahassāiṃ ogāhittā ettha ṇaṃ balissa vairoyaṇiṃdassa vairoyaṇaranno ruyagiṃde nāmaṃ uppāyapavvae pannatte| sattarasa ekkavīse joyaṇasae– evaṃ pamāṇaṃ jaheva tigicchakūḍassa pāsāyavaḍeṃgassa vi taṃ ceva pamāṇaṃ, sīhāsaṇaṃ saparivāraṃ balissa pariyāreṇaṃ, aṭṭho taheva, navaraṃ–ruyagiṃdappabhāiṃ–ruyagiṃdappabhāiṃ–ruyagiṃdappabhāiṃ|
sesaṃ taṃ ceva jāva balicaṃcāe rāyahānīe annesiṃ ca jāva ruyagiṃdassa ṇaṃ uppāyapavvayassa uttare ṇaṃ chakkoḍisae taheva jāva cattālīsaṃ joyaṇasahassāiṃ ogāhittā, ettha ṇaṃ balissa vairoyaṇiṃdassa vairoyaṇaranno balicaṃcā nāmaṃ rāyahānī pannattā| egaṃ joyaṇasayasahassaṃ pamāṇaṃ, taheva jāva balipeḍhassa uvavāo jāva āyarakkhā savvaṃ taheva niravasesaṃ, navaraṃ–sātiregaṃ sāgarovamaṃ ṭhitī pannattā| sesaṃ taṃ ceva jāva balī vairoyaṇiṃde, balī vairoyaṇiṃde|
sevaṃ bhaṃte! sevaṃ bhaṃte! jāva viharai|

“Where, Venerable Sir, is the Sudharmā assembly hall of Bali, the Indra of the Vairocanas, the king of the Vairocanas, declared to be?”
“Gautama! In the continent of Jambūdvīpa, to the north of Mount Mandara, across innumerable [yojanas] obliquely, just as for Camara up to having penetrated forty-two thousand yojanas, there is declared the Rucakendra leap-mountain of Bali, the Indra of the Vairocanas, the king of the Vairocanas. Its measure is one thousand seven hundred and twenty-one yojanas—in this way, its measure is just like that of the Tigiccha peak; the palace-ornament (prāsādāvataṃsaka) too has that same measure; the throne together with its retinue according to the entourage of Bali; the meaning is likewise, with the only difference being: Rucakendraprabha, Rucakendraprabha, Rucakendraprabha.
The rest is just the same up to the Balicañcā capital, and of the others up to: to the north of the Rucakendra leap-mountain, across six hundred and fifty-five [yojanas] obliquely, likewise up to having penetrated forty thousand yojanas, there is declared the capital named Balicañcā of Bali, the Indra of the Vairocanas, the king of the Vairocanas. Its measure is one hundred thousand yojanas, likewise up to the Balipīṭha altar, rebirth up to the bodyguards, all is entirely the same without exception, with the only difference being: the lifespan duration is declared to be a little over one sāgaropama. The rest is just the same up to Bali, the Indra of the Vairocanas, Bali, the Indra of the Vairocanas.”
“Truly so, Venerable Sir! Truly so, Venerable Sir!” up to [Gautama] continues [his practice].
