adyāpi yāni vibudhān avaloka-mātrāt
puṣṇanti kṛṣṇa-kṛta-rāsa-rasaṃ vibhāvya |
tāny atra kiṃ vara-rasāyana-divya-cūrṇair
abhyāsataḥ sva-pulināni cinoti saurī? || [[vasantatilakā]]
Which even today, upon mere sight, nourish the learned / as they meditate on the rasa of the rāsa-dance performed by Kṛṣṇa— / is it with divine powders of excellent elixirs / that the daughter of the sun constantly builds those sandy banks of hers here? ||
