[2] yathā: he śrī-kṛṣṇa-nāmnātidhanya! sarva-mūrdhanya! he śrī-kṛṣṇa-caitanya! sarva-śarmada-kīrtanya! he mahita-śrī-sanātana-sahita-śrī-rūpa-nāmadheya, man-mūrdhany ādheya! he śrī-gopāla-bhaṭṭākhyā-pravṛddha-bhaṭṭārakatā-samṛddha! he śrī-raghunātha-dāsa! nāma-dhāmatayātiprasiddha-parama-bhakti-bharāviddha! he teṣām evāpta-vrajatāsiddha-varṇana-sat-karṇa-garbhābharaṇa-śrī-bhūgarbhādi-sañjñādhikaraṇa! he śrī-vallabha! prāg-bhavīya-durlabha-sukṛta-sandhīyamāna-madīya-śaraṇa-pitṛ-caraṇa!

[2] As follows: O you most blessed through the name Śrī Kṛṣṇa! Foremost among all! O Śrī Kṛṣṇa Caitanya! Worthy to be praised, granting all peace! O you whose name is Śrī Rūpa, accompanied by the venerated Śrī Sanātana, worthy to be placed upon my head! O you enriched with exalted venerable status, celebrated by the name Śrī Gopāla Bhaṭṭa! O Śrī Raghunātha Dāsa, steeped in the weight of supreme devotion widely renowned through name and glory! O you who possess the name Śrī Bhūgarbha and others, the ornament inside the virtuous ears hearing the narration perfected by their attainment of Vraja! O Śrī Vallabha, the feet of my father, my refuge, united [with me] through rare merits from a previous birth!
