svayam api yat puru racitaṃ tad yadi hṛdayaṃ tadā sadā śrāvyam |
kāvyaṃ nija-sacitaṃ yat tad idaṃ yuvakāṃ parasparaṃ śṛṇuthaḥ || [gīti]

Even that which has been performed extensively by oneself, if it touches the heart, is always worthy of being heard;
just as you two youths listen to each other's poetry composed by yourselves. ||14.15
