The birth of these Lakṣmīs—who possess abundant charm—as the investigation of the bards diligently establishes, is from the relatives bound to illustrious lineage through the maternal uncles' clans worthy of supreme, matchless praise, beginning with the venerable Parjanya and obtained through the fortune of three generations of noble men; otherwise, the propriety visibly manifested by him who abandoned the wives of the sacrifice would not be adequate.
