yogyena yogyasya tu nitya-saṅgamaḥ
kasmai na roceta bhṛśaṃ sa-cetase |
ratnena hemnaḥ śaradā saro' mbhasaḥ
sitākhya-pakṣeṇa yathā sudhā-ruceḥ || [upajāti 12]

Whose heart would not delight exceedingly / in the perpetual union of suitable with suitable — / as of gold with a gem, the water of a lake with autumn, / or the moon with the bright fortnight? ||12
