[63] tad evaṃ cetanāṃs tathā vitatha-cetanān vidhāyācetanān api cetanān ivācaritum ārabhate sma | acala-maryādayā paryāptāḥ sphuṭam amūr ākraṣṭum acetanatām atikramyāpi duḥśakā iti |

[63] Thus having rendered sentient beings devoid of consciousness in this manner, he began to make even insentient beings act as if they were sentient. For, held within steadfast bounds, they were manifestly difficult to attract even after transcending their insentience.
