1.17.78

bhaktaḥ svabhāvāt kila gopa-lokaḥ
śrī-nanda-lokas tu tato' pi goṣu |
asyātha govardhana-yajña-yoge
yogeśa-durgā-namanākhya-bhaktiḥ || [indravajrā]

The cowherds were indeed naturally devoted [to cows],
and the people of glorious Nanda were even more so toward them.
Then, in the context of this Govardhana sacrifice,
their devotion was known as the bowing down to the Lord of Yoga and Durgā.
