1.2.24

ādeyādhārādi-bhāvena bhedāt
prāṇā bhinnāḥ prāṇinaḥ santi bhinnāḥ |
ye kṛṣṇādyāḥ snigdhatā-śarma-bhājaḥ
prāṇā jñeyās te mithaḥ prāṇinaś ca || [śālinī]

Because of the distinction between what is taken and what is its container, / the vital breaths are distinct, and living beings are distinct. / But Kṛṣṇa and the others, who partake of the joy of mutual tenderness, / are to be understood as one another's vital breaths and living beings alike.
