[98] tad idaṃ sparśa-dvitayaṃ kānta-yogaja-bhoga-viśeṣam ayaṃ na syāt, rāsa-rajanyāṃ vakṣyamāṇa-kṛṣṇa-pratyākhyānāyukteḥ | rāsārambha eva bhagavān api rantuṃ manaś cakre [BhP 10.29.1] ity ukteś ca |

This twofold touch cannot consist of a specific enjoyment born of union with the beloved, because of the impropriety of Kṛṣṇa's rejection that was about to be spoken of on the night of the rāsa dance, and because of the statement: 'Even the Blessed Lord set his mind to sporting' [BhP 10.29.1] right at the start of the rāsa dance.
