And there, being served with those delicious foods and other delicacies, Madhumaṅgala said to Śrī Kṛṣṇa: "This collection of perfectly cooked sweet food, begged from someone, tastes like nectar. We did not obtain such water, let alone nectar! Indeed, we desire to eat even a grain fallen on the ground, mixed with dust. Therefore, let them build huts and dwell near our leaf-huts; and we, your companions of equal age, will deliver to you the warm, freshly cooked preparations of sweet confection, cooked greens, soups, cakes, and pastries made by them. In that case too, when it is said, 'I shall become the first receiver because of being the foremost recipient,' what fault is there? But out of fear of your anger we were unable to speak."
