[20] atha vipralabdhā | tatra ca taṃ prati sakhī-vacanam-
bhuktiṃ muktiṃ ca tanute na paraṃ bhavad-āgamaḥ | bhaktiṃ vyanakti ca vyaktaṃ suhṛtsu parameśvara ||

[20] Now the vipralabdhā [the woman deceived by her lover's failure to come]. In that connection, the friend's words to him:
"Your arrival produces not only worldly enjoyment and liberation;
O supreme Lord, it also clearly manifests the devotion among your friends."
