Like a female bee to a lotus grove, like a śapharī fish to a body of water, / she who had obtained Kṛṣṇa was seen as before, but not afterwards. || Now, the woman whose husband is subservient (svādhīnabhartṛkā):
She who, though constantly begged by her dearest Hari, does not desire even a touch, / repeatedly directs him with her voice, oh, to restrain even his tongue! / Therefore I think that the collection of his limbs is surely a kind of divine nectar, / from the contact of which, O friend, such supreme fortune of madness repeatedly arises! || And there, when Kṛṣṇa speaks of beauty, then that Rādhikā / does not even hear it, looking all the more at his wondrous beauty. || [39] After this, the confidential conversation of the friends:
Has play been enacted by this campaka creeper under the tamāla tree? / Yet from her bold desire, I perceive her longing to sport on top of him. || [40] Then the song of Lalitā, received in a dream consisting of the instruction of the glorious supreme guru Rūpa, accompanied by the morning Lalita rāga:
Upon waking in the excellent bower, / when the mass of the sun's rays was seen, // causing the break of the beloved's sleep, / gathering together his own companions, // my mind drowns in the slayer of Kaṃsa, / who wears a peacock feather atop the crest of his crown. // [Refrain]
