[72] sā ca sahāsam āha sma-paurṇamāsī-nāmnī kātyāyanī ca kumāra-śramaṇā ca pārikāṅkṣiṇī cekṣaṇikā cāsmi | ayaṃ ca madhumaṅgala-nāmā snātakaḥ śrī-nārada-prakṛtiḥ | āvāṃ ca vidyā-viśeṣeṇaitad-vayaskāv eva sadā vidyāvahe |

[72] Smiling, she said: 'I am named Paurṇamāsī, a worshipper of Kātyāyanī, a celibate ascetic woman, an itinerant mendicant, and a seer of the future. And this graduate student, named Madhumaṅgala, is of the nature of Śrī Nārada. Through special knowledge, both of us always remain at this very age.'
