[27] kaṃsas tu keśi-dhvaṃsanam api śṛṇvan vyagra-manā vigra iva gṛhān na niḥsasāra | [28] atha samāpanam |
so' yaṃ tava vrajādhīśa sutaḥ sūtamanorathaḥ |
keśinaṃ cātra yaścakre yamasya prativeśinam ||

[27] Kaṃsa, however, hearing even of the destruction of Keśin, his mind agitated, did not emerge from his palace, like a sickly man. [28] Now the conclusion:
O lord of Vraja, this son of yours, whose desires are fulfilled,
here made Keśin into a neighbor of Yama.
