iti nyāyena tatra samprati gamanam api tatrakīya-saṅkoca-viśeṣata eva viśeṣataḥ prasahya mahyaṃ na rocate | saṅkocāntaraṃ tu tasy anāntarīyakam eva manye | tataḥ samprati sākṣān mama tatra sthitim api na lakṣayāmi, tasmāt teṣu bahiḥ-śaśvad-udāsīnatā-vinyasanam eva mayi tad-upāsīnatāyāṃ pravīṇatām ācarati |

According to this maxim, going there right now, especially because of the particular restraint of the people there, does not forcibly appeal to Me. Further hesitation, I consider, is indeed inseparable from it. Therefore, at present, I do not even envision My direct residence there; consequently, establishing a continual outward indifference toward them displays My expertise in serving them.
